I usually do Zumba at the gym with Clare; no matter how I feel going in I know I come out of the class on a high because of the fun atmosphere and music and hate missing a class because it puts me on a high for the day and I’m singing the tunes in my head for days.

I’m loving doing the classes on Zoom as it’s a bit of normality and familiarity in these times when it’s easy to not be so active. It’s also a great stress release after a week of home schooling!! Clare is always friendly and helpful with advice on alternative exercises eg I couldn’t do a calf stretch on one side before and it worried me but Clare said it was maybe tight from exercise and gave me easier options. Can now do both sides again lol! Now I need to try yoga!!
